I’ve been working on something I’m excited to bring to the Next Level community.

I’ve run this with several groups of leadersbefore, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it becomes when a small group comes together, not just to talk about what’s happening, but to actually work through it in a deeper way.

This is an opportunity to build real skills, expand your perspective, and be in a room with others who are also navigating meaningful challenges in their business and life.

What this is:

The Next Level Circle is a small group that meets regularly to support each other’s growth, both professionally and personally. Traditionally it meets monthly but we may meet more often for shorter until we have a more regular group.

You bring a real project, situation, or challenge, something that actually matters to you.

Not something surface level.

Something that has complexity, unknowns, and requires you to grow in order to move it forward.

From there, the group works with you.

Not by giving advice or trying to fix it…

But by helping you see more clearly, reflect more deeply, and access a broader way of navigating what’s in front of you.

Over time, you begin to develop a different level of awareness, effectiveness, and self-trust in how you lead and operate.

What we focus on:

This isn’t about solving technical problems.

Most of what comes up tends to be around:

• How you’re showing up in your role

• The decisions you’re navigating

• Relationships and coordination with others

• The capabilities required for what’s next

• The gap between where you are and what’s being asked of you

We work on both effectiveness and fulfillment, not one or the other.

And we do it by learning how to see and respond from a deeper perspective.

What a session looks like:

Each session will have a simple structure:

• Time to reconnect, reflect, and build coaching skills

• Dedicated time for each person to be supported by the group

• A closing to reflect on what shifted and what you’ll take forward

You are your own expert in what you’re navigating.

The role of the group is to support your ability to see and move through it more clearly.

What to bring to the circle:

Before we begin, you’ll come in with a project or challenge that

• Has real importance to you or your business

• Involves some level of complexity or uncertainty

• Is within your ability to take action on

• Will stretch you and support your growth

This is a dynamic process, things will evolve over time, but the intention behind what you’re working on stays consistent.

Commitment:

• Traditionally once per month (approximately 4 hours)

• I may make this shorter sessions, more often and cycle through different times to accommodate depending on preference.

• Initial 3-month commitment (Closed circles typically have a 9 month commitment)

• Small group (max of 8 people, I will make more circles times available as needed)

It’s important that everyone is fully committed to participating, your presence and perspective matter to the group. Previous groups had 95%+ attendance.
