What are you proud of today?
What did you do that helped in some way to get you to the next level? Could be something tiny. I just repurposed part of a call for my premium group as a YouTube video...something I have been thinking of doing for a LONG time. It is certainly far from perfect. But I did it. Feels good. How about you?

I am proud of setting up the gym at home on the weekend, so looking forward to some more workouts.

@Brad Weyant Oh it is a mixture of things from over the years, cross trainer, treadmill, weights, skipping rope, gloves but no punching bag - lol :)
Procrastination Was the Door
I just worked with a client around her procrastinating. Not by trying to fix it, but by actually being with what was there. A complete pivot from what she trys to do everyday. First, we explored everything involved in her procrastinating. What she does, how it shows up, the patterns around it. Frustration, stickiness, etc Then we slowed down into her direct experience. At first, it was heavy. Half her body felt empty, sad… almost shut down. The other half more alive… green… moving… even joyful. We stayed with both of those. And as she kept noticing, something started to shift. With some simple breathing, her system settled into a kind of stable, purple peace. From there, everything opened. Her imaginal space filled with beauty. There was more room, more ease. And from that place, the tasks she had been avoiding didn’t feel the same anymore. No pressure or attachment. Just a sense that she could move through them naturally almost effortlessly. She will practice a memory reconsolidation practice for the next 5 hours to lock this shift in and touch back with it each day for a while until it becomes natural to experience. ______________________________________________________________________________ Want the same experience? Start with what actually shows up in your body the moment you start to avoid something?

Sounds like she is in for some great success, what a gift you have given her.
I Used To Watch A lot of Sports
I used to spend most evenings relaxing by watching sports But now I work on Skool Or listen to audiobooks Or practice my Spanish And darn it feels good I feel like I am next leveling my life!

I sit with my laptop on skool, whilst my husband watches AFL Footy, two people, same room, different interests, I'm levelling up, he is getting his fix as well 🙏
Responsibility
What does it mean to take full responsibility for your circumstances? When you say you’re taking responsibility, what does that actually look like for you? Curious how you see it.

When I first owned my bakeries, I was young, I will never forget this, I put off a young girl as she wasn't working out 😪after a while I realised the truth was it was not her fault, I had not trained her well enough, I was also young and working out how to lead, no one had taught me. From this day forward I looked at all staff as my responsibility, how they performed was down to me, my responsibility.
Your Next Level
The name of this community resonates with me, as my husband has called our holiday home "Next Level". Why did he call it that? Because he wanted it to be at a higher level than it currently was, he wanted to add little touches to it that made it special, nicer amenities, coffee & tea facilities better than just instant and a kettle, better bedding, good quality shampoo and conditioner for guests, etc. etc. I think you get the point. That is what I feel about this community, making us think as people about going to the next level, one better than where we currently are, not as a reflection to others, but to ourselves. Everytime I visit, I am reminded to give that little bit more!! Thank you @Brad Weyant
