I Used To Watch A lot of Sports
I used to spend most evenings relaxing by watching sports But now I work on Skool Or listen to audiobooks Or practice my Spanish And darn it feels good I feel like I am next leveling my life!

7 Days of Awareness
I'm trying something simple this week. Feel free to join me. A 7-day practice. Nothing complicated, just a way to actually slow down and notice what’s here. Day 1 — Just Sit 5–10 minutes (longer if you prefer 15, 20, 30, 60 mins). No instruction or fixing anything. Just sit. That’s it. At the end of the practice share what you notice here.

What moved this week?
What moved either outside or inside this week for you? Today, look back at your week: What actually moved or shifted in your world? What didn’t? Keep it simple. — What was it for you?

Slow Down to See
Meditation is part of my work for a simple reason. Most of us are moving too fast to actually see what’s going on. We’re reacting, solving, pushing forward, but not really noticing what’s underneath it all. Meditation slows things down. Not to fix anything, or become better but to just see. To notice the thoughts running, the tension in the body, the patterns that keep showing within. This brings up things you do not want to see and it will be uncomfortable. This is the first step. From here, something can begin to shift because you’re finally in contact with what’s true. And when you can be with what’s true, without immediately trying to change it… This is where real change starts. When you actually pause… what’s there?

Makes sense why you're so grounded and understanding... Beautiful. For me, when I actually pause, what shows up first is usually everything I’ve been avoiding by staying in motion. Not even big things sometimes, just subtle tension, pressure, or thoughts I’ve been overriding by keeping busy. And it’s uncomfortable at first, like you said, because you realize how much of your day is spent reacting instead of actually being aware. But once I sit with it, something interesting happens, clarity starts to come through. Not forced. Not analyzed. Just… there. And I’ve noticed the same pattern that when I don’t immediately try to fix or change what I’m feeling, it naturally starts to shift on its own. That’s been the biggest realization for me: Most of the “noise” isn’t something to solve, it’s something to see. I appreciate you bringing this up, because this is the kind of work that actually changes how you move, not just what you do. Have you noticed certain patterns that tend to show up for you consistently when you slow down like that? 👀

What will you gain?
Ever thought of what you'll gain when you get to that next level? For me, it's the beginning of a life-defining chapter, a sense of pride for not giving up on my goal, and a sense of expansion into who I'm meant to be. How about you?
