I’ve been working on something I’m excited to bring to the Next Level community. I’ve run this with several groups of leadersbefore, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it becomes when a small group comes together, not just to talk about what’s happening, but to actually work through it in a deeper way. This is an opportunity to build real skills, expand your perspective, and be in a room with others who are also navigating meaningful challenges in their business and life. What this is: The Next Level Circle is a small group that meets regularly to support each other’s growth, both professionally and personally. Traditionally it meets monthly but we may meet more often for shorter until we have a more regular group. You bring a real project, situation, or challenge, something that actually matters to you. Not something surface level. Something that has complexity, unknowns, and requires you to grow in order to move it forward. From there, the group works with you. Not by giving advice or trying to fix it… But by helping you see more clearly, reflect more deeply, and access a broader way of navigating what’s in front of you. Over time, you begin to develop a different level of awareness, effectiveness, and self-trust in how you lead and operate. What we focus on: This isn’t about solving technical problems.
