Next Level Circle - Premium Members
I’ve been working on something I’m excited to bring to the Next Level community. I’ve run this with several groups of leadersbefore, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it becomes when a small group comes together, not just to talk about what’s happening, but to actually work through it in a deeper way. This is an opportunity to build real skills, expand your perspective, and be in a room with others who are also navigating meaningful challenges in their business and life. What this is: The Next Level Circle is a small group that meets regularly to support each other’s growth, both professionally and personally. Traditionally it meets monthly but we may meet more often for shorter until we have a more regular group. You bring a real project, situation, or challenge, something that actually matters to you. Not something surface level. Something that has complexity, unknowns, and requires you to grow in order to move it forward. From there, the group works with you. Not by giving advice or trying to fix it… But by helping you see more clearly, reflect more deeply, and access a broader way of navigating what’s in front of you. Over time, you begin to develop a different level of awareness, effectiveness, and self-trust in how you lead and operate. What we focus on: This isn’t about solving technical problems. Most of what comes up tends to be around: • How you’re showing up in your role • The decisions you’re navigating • Relationships and coordination with others • The capabilities required for what’s next • The gap between where you are and what’s being asked of you We work on both effectiveness and fulfillment, not one or the other. And we do it by learning how to see and respond from a deeper perspective. What a session looks like: Each session will have a simple structure: • Time to reconnect, reflect, and build coaching skills • Dedicated time for each person to be supported by the group • A closing to reflect on what shifted and what you’ll take forward

Procrastination Was the Door
I just worked with a client around her procrastinating. Not by trying to fix it, but by actually being with what was there. A complete pivot from what she trys to do everyday. First, we explored everything involved in her procrastinating. What she does, how it shows up, the patterns around it. Frustration, stickiness, etc Then we slowed down into her direct experience. At first, it was heavy. Half her body felt empty, sad… almost shut down. The other half more alive… green… moving… even joyful. We stayed with both of those. And as she kept noticing, something started to shift. With some simple breathing, her system settled into a kind of stable, purple peace. From there, everything opened. Her imaginal space filled with beauty. There was more room, more ease. And from that place, the tasks she had been avoiding didn’t feel the same anymore. No pressure or attachment. Just a sense that she could move through them naturally almost effortlessly. She will practice a memory reconsolidation practice for the next 5 hours to lock this shift in and touch back with it each day for a while until it becomes natural to experience. ______________________________________________________________________________ Want the same experience?
