Intro

1️⃣ I'm Theresa Elliott, from St. Louis Mo, currently living in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC. I am a Navy veteran, mom, wife, co-run a 7 person household with my CEO husband Bob.

Recently concluded a 33 year professional career in military and government in the US intelligence community.

I started the Elliott AI Foundry where I am developing apps and helpful AI tools, own one Skool Community The 28-Day Action Plan focusing on helping people achieve massive goal attainment in 28 Day focused sprints, based on methods I personally use and have found immense success with.

I also co-run Admin Skool (Skool's only place providing community Admins and Managers with a professional training plan to support Community Owners) alongside Hector Febres. I am a paid Community Admin and Manager for three Skool communities, collectively with 17,000 members and climbing.

2️⃣ I am currently working on multiple things. On the 28 Day Action Plan I am focused on attracting more action takers to my community, converting the lurkers into daily active members who are actually doing the program, plus, showing the value in my paid Premium and VIP programs by social proof through the members who are actually doing the work and getting incredible results from it.

On Skool Admin I'm working with Hector Febres developing classroom curriculum based on my nearly 8 years as an executive assistant working with C-Suite executives in the US government top cabinet positions to transfer my knowledge of what it takes to support high-level individuals into a curriculum Skool admins and Community Managers can use to be highly successful and earn an income using those skills here on the platform.

I have 28 Day Action Plans running concurrently for the following projects:

At the Elliott AI Foundry, I am actively developing four apps and have three more in the pipeline. The first four are the 28DayActionPlan(TM), ClarityFocusAI(TM) GroceryBasket(TM), and HaveKids(TM).

3️⃣ The next level I am trying to reach is: Skool: 15% paying members in the 28 Day Action Plan, earn $500 a month minimum in Skool referral income. Elliott AI Foundry: Launch 28 Day Action Plan and GroceryBasket apps in April, onboard a minimum of 500 users for each app.

4️⃣ This community will be most valuable for me if it can help me convert more Skool members to paid and show me effective strategies for clean conversion methods, and connect me with other Skool owners who are converting members to paid so I can learn from their best practices.

5️⃣ Outside of Skool I am a busy mom and wife. Ours is a multigenerational family of 7 living in a large historic 196-year old house. Our family hobby is escape rooms and travel, we go around the world to challenge the top escape rooms globally, recently completing the world top #1 and top #5 in Montreal Canada at The Escaparium. In April we are traveilng to Spain for Holy Week, and will be doing at least two escape rooms there, we hope to challenge the world #2 and world #7. I am getting back into exercise after too long away and will be re-starting golf lessons. I concluded 28 years of caregiving duty for my mom in June 2025 when she passed away and I am still re-orienting myself to the world after her passing.
