🚀 What Makes a Founder Successful? 🚀
I’ve been thinking about this lately… What really separates founders who make it vs. those who struggle or stall out? Is it: 👉 Discipline? 👉 Consistency? 👉 Mindset? 👉 Communication skills? 👉 Relentless work ethic? 👉 Emotional control? 👉 Adaptability? Or is it a combination of all of these at the right time? Because if we’re being real, there are a lot of talented people who don’t win and a lot of “less talented” people who do. So what’s the actual difference? 👀 I believe being in a room like this isn’t just about building businesses, is it? Because I think we're all on Skool to help one another develop ourselves into the kind of people who can sustain and scale success. So, I’m curious! 💬 What do YOU think are the core traits or skills that make a founder successful? And even more importantly… 👉 Which one are you actively working on right now? Let’s break this down and help each other level up 🔥 🦇 JL4L 🛡️

I really like the adaptability one you have here. The world changes, businesses grow, and stretch us. Our ability to shift and adapt to those circumstances is the difference between staying in business or going out of business. There are so many traits to go along with these. I'd argue many of them would be good for a specific person in a specific business in their specific situations. Those could really make someone succesful but not someone else.

@Tony Sibbald love those too.
1st 100 Members Gift - Premium Offer
To show support for what you all have done to build this community here is my above and beyond offer as a show of thanks. My premium offer is Next Level Circles - It is yours for free. A small group of founders, meeting regularly (lets create what regular looks like), each bringing something real from their business or life. Not to get more advice or more strategies. But to slow down enough to actually see what’s going on and shift how you’re showing up inside of it. You bring a challenge that actually matters to you. We work with it together. And you leave different, not just with ideas, but with a new way of relating to it. This is where growth stops being something you force and starts being something you step into. Let me know if you want in and I will invite you. Let's start making this real together. This offer expires on 4/1 when the price becomes $97, then $297 per month on 5/1. For you all it is $0 per month.

@Araba A thank you, it always has been really great.
What is the coolest thing you have created with AI?
I'm looking for some motivation here. Something that felt like you were really using it, not just using it like a search function. I have a feeling there are some ideas in here that could open up entirely new directions for myself and others. I'd like to hear about them. What have you done beyond the obvious basics of AI functionality to make your life or your business better?

@Theresa Elliott that is clever right there!

@Theresa Elliott I'm up for creating a few of those soon too. I'm making a list of my most important items to replace. Like doing trades and making money or making things that make you money?

Thanks Shawn! So true. I'm accepting stepping out of my comfort zone and talking with random strangers, offering to help them with my service. It has been rewarding already.
