Best Time to Train? 💪
Quick question brothers, What time do you train best and why? For me, evening training usually feels better because I have more fuel and strength compared to mornings. When I trained in the morning, I often felt low energy. But evening has its own setback too sometimes I’m tired by then, and right now it’s 35°+ here in India 😅 Morning weather feels much better. Anyone lacking sleep? Here’s how to fix it
When I was 13 I had racing thoughts almost every night! My mind kept getting a billion ideas about random shit 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 my top fix that changed my life: “reverse blinking” :D 1. Slow and deepen your breathing 2. Keep your eyes closed and open them for a second roughly every 10s 3. every time you close your eyes, imagine sinking deeper into your bed Happy snoozing. 🙂‍↔️ ⚡️Comment if you have had trouble sleeping until now!
