Quick question brothers, What time do you train best and why? For me, evening training usually feels better because I have more fuel and strength compared to mornings. When I trained in the morning, I often felt low energy. But evening has its own setback too sometimes I’m tired by then, and right now it’s 35°+ here in India 😅 Morning weather feels much better.
