When I was 13 I had racing thoughts almost every night! My mind kept getting a billion ideas about random shit
🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 my top fix that changed my life: “reverse blinking” :D
  1. Slow and deepen your breathing
2. Keep your eyes closed and open them for a second roughly every 10s
3. every time you close your eyes, imagine sinking deeper into your bed
