Utterly Mind blowing fish lasagna bowl
Extremely easy to make directly in your bowl And wayyyy better than I thought 🤯 🌞 1 can of lentils a huge gulp of pasta sauce Loads of Oregano, thyme 2 tablespoons cream cheese Chopped up goats cheese 2 cans Tuna Canned squid in tomato-ey sauce (add the sauce!!) insanely delicious I felt like I ate a wholesome Italian granny’s secret recipe

Yo what you guys eating for breakfast? If it’s not eggs, I love to have oats. Here’s a nice recipe to try. You can adjusted the protein/carbs/calories easily too. It’s great for bulking like a big fatty. • Dry quick/fast oats. There’s no cooking here so quick oats work well. I use about a half a big cup • Greek yogurt unless your racist then just use plain • Sugar free peanut butter 🥜 I used about a tablespoon because I’m a big boy 👦 • Whole fresh milf (you can also use milk) • If you’re not already fruity enough you can add some fruit. I love pears because they’re soft and gentle ❤️ • A pinch of organic clove powder for antioxidants 🙇 namaste 🙏 • if you need/want you can add a scoop of pure whey powder Smash all the ingredients in a bowl, add milk and enjoy. It actually tastes great btw

I had headaches every day, would always feel tired, it felt like crap to go for a walk. I’d easily get dizzy when getting up from a chair. Focusing was hard so I didn’t get much work done. Less work done made me feel crappy too so this really was a bad cycle! The solutions were extremely easy changes in my life! 🍫 My partner somehow realised that the chocolate I was addicted to caused my headaches. I still eat chocci, just less of it and more of other treats so I stay happy. Being without daily migraines kinda literally blew my mind. 🤯 ⚔️ I looked up why I always had blue lips even though I wasn’t cold. It’s most likely an iron deficiency! I’ve had it before, and it makes sense, I hadn’t had much iron containing food in ages (red meat, liver, kidney beans). So iron tablets are my savior! 🥦 When I started getting into really easy high leverage Veggies and Natural Nutrient Powders, I really felt serious extra pizazz in my life. Extra ideas, energy - I felt juicier lol. To feel alive I recommend these daily: - 🥄 a tiny pinch of organic cloves in sweet meals - fucked up dense in antioxidants, protecting you from oxidising on the inside - 🍄‍🟫 A mixed mushroom powder like reishi, chaga, lions mane, cordyceps, turkey tail, - feels like a glowing special effects potion for your brain without being a drug. Are you actually eating enough protein? If you’re about 60kg 70g are enough 70kg - 80g 80kg - 90g Bonus tip: always eat some fat with your protein, then your body will process it best! You could eat endless amounts of protein, if you never ate fat you’d wither away :) 💪🏼😊 Fuel your muscles right, so they get HUGE! Comment below how much protein you need!
