Brothers, we often post and mention the food with the best and highest protein content for muscle gains. Beef always comes out the leader and for many of us a favorite food, including mine. However, do you actually know how to prepare a delicious beef dinner yourself??? Many of us are grown men and no longer live with our parents. We have had to figure out how to cook for ourselves to eat healthy and continue to grow stronger and more muscular. For those of you who still live with your parents, are you learning how to cook? The days of our grandparents where cooking was women's duties are long gone almost everywhere on our planet. As men, we should learn how to cook and prepare healthy and delicious meals ourselves. This is part of becoming a man and surviving on our own. This is a real man's meal, not food like hot dogs or pizza. I will be posting more recipes like this too to help all of us maintain high testosterone levels and eat healthy like real men do. Beetroots can make you feel hyper awake and ready! Have you ever tried them for this purpose? It feels like everything is easier in the gym. Makes you seriously feel like jumping around! Its nitrates massively pump up your cardiovascular system and basically make it run extra smoothly. Eat some beetroot in a salad, straight out the can or in a juice 90 to 180 minutes before and you’ll feel PUMPED naturally :)

What’s your go to breakfast?
My favourite meal. I eat breakfast in the evening too! Granola with a fuckton of fruit, cookie or similar flavour protein powder, yoghurt, little bit of oats, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon, nuts, peanut butter. The cloves have a huge amount of antioxidants keeping free radicals at bay. Unpopular recommendation: dip the spoon in peanut butter. Then every bite has a little bit of pure peanut butter on it. ☺️ What’s your go to breakfast?
