Thank you so much for this amazing tool! This is my level head in my times of panic. Without getting into details, half of my lifeboat business fell apart late last week, though an innocent error on my part. The business advisor not only helped me create a new plan but also answered all of my questions regarding the plan and dug into my concerns. In the end, it advised me NOT to go ahead with the original plan and gave me all the reasons why, including technical details about why going through could be risky. These were things I never thought of UNTIL I was in a conversation with my advisor. It literally calmed me down and gave me rationality and calm when I had none. I love that! What an amazing business tool!

Undependent women, if you are not showing up for these meeting, you are truly missing out. Not only is this an opportunity to meet and get to know the other members, which is honestly process. But Vickie provides so much value in each of the meetings. If you are not there you miss out on feedback that can change your life and business. From mind shifts to business advice, Vicke is one of the most knowledgeable women I have met. A few days ago, I had a 1:1 with Vickie. It took me a minute to write this because I needed to sit with what it stirred up. Her calls don’t just bring about change, they call for an evolution. I’ve been telling people to shift from income to assets, from short-term wins to long-term structure. Yet I realized I was still holding onto parts of my old self. As we talked and I learned Substack, something clicked. I don’t look or sound like who I used to be, and that’s the point. This call, yes, gave me a realization, but that’s all her calls. I’m not new to this, but SOMEHOW she has brought new insight and a greater perspective to what I want to accomplish and how to be the person I need to be to help my community. Growth isn’t always about adding something new. Sometimes it’s about fully stepping into who you’ve already become. Vicky has a gift. It’s an easy conversation while you’re learning, a down to earth demeanor, and musical jokes that we can all get. I’m not sure where you’re at in your journey. If you’ve been on this journey for years or just a few months. But I will say this, 1) you’re in the right place (😉) , and 2) once you commit, you’re not going to be the same.

Vickie spent time with me yesterday helping me get unstuck from worrying about the details. She helped me get my welcome letter to new Substack subscribers posted and patiently walked me around Substack so that I got the little details out of my way and now can truly focus on content and attracting new subscribers. I am so grateful for all her guidance both mechanically and mindfully. 🥰
