Gratitude is something that helps me remain in the flow and appreciation energy. When things are stressful or complicated, I fall into gratitude because it loosens up my creativity and helps me feel joy. Today's market is tough. Not only are small businesses (think mom and pop local businesses) barely scraping by operationally, but they also need the expertise to attract customers, sell, market, and convert leads. As with this lifeboat business topic, it is a sink-or-swim world out there. My idea is a supportive educational community where local business owners can share experiences, ask questions, and get the answers they need to pressing issues that arise daily. I will also offer some tools that can simplify and help them to actually get more leads and convert them. AND if they do not have the time and energy to implement, they can hire me for a fraction of what it would cost to add another employee to the payroll to do the job for them.

We’re taught to showcase the shiny parts of ourselves... Things like, titles, trophies, followers. But real leverage often hides in places the market hasn’t priced correctly... Like the skill you honed in the dark, the story you survived, the asset you quietly built. Reminder: women’s value is routinely discounted... globally, women do over three-quarters of unpaid care work, an economic engine that rarely shows up on balance sheets. That’s not a talent gap; that’s a pricing error. Your edge might be invisible to noisy markets: pattern recognition from a decade of caregiving, community trust you’ve built one DM at a time, a small library of content that already compounds while you sleep. Most people are waiting to be “discovered.” Undependent women reprice themselves, then build assets around that new price. This can be part of your lifeboat business.
