Earlier this year, after listening to one of Vicki’s podcasts, I knew I had found someone who truly understood what I had been searching for. Everything she shared aligned with my values. And that inspired me to join The Undependent Woman and begin building my Lifeboat Business. For the first time in over 10 years, I finally have clarity. I know what I’m building, why I’m building it, and what steps to take next. What I appreciate most is how intentional Vicki has been to truly help remove the unnecessary overwhelm. Instead of leaving you to figure everything out on your own, she provides a clear, streamlined process that allows you to focus on taking consistent action. One of my favorite parts of this experience has been the live calls. They’re like the oars that keep our lifeboats moving toward our goals. Every call provides direction, encouragement, accountability, and practical action steps that leads us to progress. Whether it’s strengthening our mindset, refining our business, or learning how to better use the tools we’ve been given, Vicki is right there to help make sure everything stays intact. That level of support is rare, and it’s what sets this experience apart from anything else I’ve been part of. One of the biggest transformations for me has been how I’ve grown personally. I’ve been stretched in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve had to work through fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs, but I’ve never had to do it alone. Her wisdom has a way of clearing away the mental roadblocks that often keep us stuck, replacing uncertainty with clarity and confidence to keep moving forward. I’m also grateful for the community she has built. It’s refreshing to be surrounded by women who genuinely support one another, celebrate each other’s progress, and create an environment where everyone wants to see each other succeed. It feels good to know I’m finally building a real business instead of constantly being in a trial and error cycle. I’m grateful I said yes to this journey and even more grateful for Vicki’s heart, leadership, and support. With a supportive community behind me and Vicki’s genuine desire to see each of us succeed, I’m excited to continue growing, both personally and in business, and to see where this journey leads.

His boat came into the Presidio in San Francisco to get some supplies… That day he took all the money he had put it in his pocket, jumped off ship and never came back… he couldn’t speak English. He spoke Italian… But below. Below was his first restaurant in San Francisco… It’s still there today… My grandfather‘s Italian restaurant was called Angelo’s… And in San Francisco it’s an iconic Italian restaurant… Talk about taking risks… now… tell me about someone great in your history… Who were they? and what did they do?
