How do you feel about a recent allegation by 10 women of sexual misconduct by a powerful leader? Not a typical question I would expect to be asked in a call on building my business. However, not much is typical about Vickie Helm-thankfully! She brings her vulnerability to the table, fraught with personal disappointment and also self-discovery. A leader, inviting us by example, to explore our own reactions to fallen leaders and our dependency on “experts” and that which is outside of us. Do we trust ourselves? What are we searching for externally? And, bringing it back around, with insight- What does all of this mean for your business? She shared her insights about the Zeit Geist/cultural climate and the ways we can position ourselves to serve our clientele.

Becoming Her, On Purpose

There comes a point where you stop measuring your life by what you’ve done…and start measuring it by who you are becoming. Not the roles that we've all played. Not the expectations we've all carried in work and life and definitely not the version of you that kept things working for everyone else. But the quieter, truer version of you that is blooming in this season. The one that has been shifting beneath the surface.The one that’s been asking for more… or maybe less.The one that’s starting to see things differently than you did even a year ago. Seasons change us and building sovereign wealth changes us. Sometimes gently.... Sometimes by force; and, if you’re honest... you can feel it. Something about you is evolving.Your standards and values are lifting you up. Your boundaries are shifting and your desires are growing because you are believing in yourself more. Your tolerance for what no longer fits is becoming clearer and you have no time for it and this is where it gets real. Because becoming isn’t automagic. Hell no... it asks for deeper awareness and for deeper truth. It asks you to actually see yourself… without the old stories. In all your inner genius, higherself and glory. So pause for a moment and sit with this, not quickly, not casually but with heart... What kind of woman are you becoming in this season of your life? I am becoming more and more aligned with my true divine self. My I Am being. I am moving past solo-preneur to entrepreneur and leader identity. I keep moving my mindset into more resonance with wealth and worth in all arenas. Trusting guidance from that strong quiet inner voice more and more. I am embracing my strengths. I am stretching to keep shifting and growing from experiences that trigger me or cause me to act in ways which are not aligned. I am leading more from my heart. I am grateful for this ever changing life.
