Our virtual session starts in 30 minutes!
This week we focus on a two part inhale with passive exhale.
Why you ask?!
This is the breath that builds power. It trains the diaphragm, the upper lungs and the nervous system all at once. Think of it as strength work for your breathing engine. The better you get at this inhale pattern, the more control you’ll have during hard efforts, climbs, and race-day intensity.
