28-Day Breathwork Challenge- WK3
Week Three is where things level up. This isn’t about breathing to relax. It’s about training your system to stay efficient when intensity climbs.Longer holds. Stronger breaths. Better control under pressure. This week’s breathwork targets: - Oxygen efficiency - CO₂ tolerance - Respiratory strength - Recovery speed - Mental composure during discomfort If you’ve made it this far, you’re already building an edge most athletes never train. Show up. Breathe with intent. Let the work compound. Just over half way through the challenge @Robby Zoderer reports: In just over a week, he has more than doubled his breath-hold time. Beyond the fast progress, breathwork has become a daily non-negotiable for him. He’s noticed better focus, a calmer baseline mood, stronger diaphragmatic breathing during workouts, and faster heart rate recovery after hills and intervals. Theres no problem with jumping in now, or visit the classroom to catch all of the recorded sessions and follow along tracks. Next meeting is Monday December 15th at 7pm! Link in the calendar.

SLEEP!
Team, If I could collect, grind up, and encapsulate one thing to create a performance enhancing supplement, it would be SLEEP! Your sleep is the most ignored part of your training. If you're not sleeping, you're not recovering, you're not making gains. You're leaving speed and efficiency on the table. Check out the newest classroom course for a deep dive into the science behind sleep, whats actually happening when you sleep, and how to set yourself up to sleep like a World Champion. How would you rate your sleep?

2026 Race Calendar
Hello Locos! Wanted to share an update on our race schedule for 2026, we've got a lot of our same races in place. New this year are the Hyrox style 'Induros' we've got going this winter, and we'll have two half iron distance triathlons this summer (July and September). Your code LOCO26 should be in all my races for a discount this season. If you check out our website/Facebook/Instagrams there are some updates on there...I'll update here when new races added. Hope everyone has a great rest of their holiday season! www.ruble.racing , Facebook , Zach Ruble (@rubleracingevents) • Instagram photos and videos

Breathwork WK2
Our virtual session starts in 30 minutes! This week we focus on a two part inhale with passive exhale. Why you ask?! This is the breath that builds power. It trains the diaphragm, the upper lungs and the nervous system all at once. Think of it as strength work for your breathing engine. The better you get at this inhale pattern, the more control you’ll have during hard efforts, climbs, and race-day intensity.
