Sometimes people overcomplicate their fitness routine, especially in the January resolution rush. There are only three rules that you need: 1) Show up to the gym. 2) Work as hard as you can that day without injury. 3) Don't stop learning. Consistency is the key to achieving your fitness goals. When I started, I didn’t just get stronger—I learned how to learn. I was surrounded by people who loved what I loved and knew how to teach it properly. Through the Body Blueprint, I was introduced to real gyms, real competitions, and real coaches—powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength, conditioning—each brought in at the right time for the right reason. The blueprint gave me structure, coaching, nutrition, and discipline. All I had to do was follow it. I learned how to train, how to eat, how to recover, and how to live with purpose. Today, I’m Canada’s Under-18 Strongest because the plan worked. Now it’s my turn to give that back.
