There’s only a few things to do when you have roadside distress, depending on what type of situation you’re in, or what type of stress, or type of highway condition, type of weather, you never know. There are only three rules in the gym
Sometimes people overcomplicate their fitness routine, especially in the January resolution rush. I hear people talking about protein timing, all kinds of training splits, and fancy exercises they saw on Tiktok. There are only three rules that you need: 1) Show up to the gym. 2) Work as hard as you can that day without injury. 3) Don't stop learning. Consistency is the key to achieving your fitness goals. I didn't lose 180 lbs and then gain a bunch of muscle overnight. I've been training regularly for over twelve years now. And I wouldn't have made it this far without Roberto's support.
