Shoulder rehab with IMY
I had been experiencing persistent shoulder pain since high school and sought help from numerous physiotherapists and physicians, but none were able to provide a clear diagnosis or long-term solution. After deciding to work with Imy, I noticed a significant difference almost immediately. Within a short period of time, Imy was able to accurately identify the root cause of my shoulder pain and created a detailed, personalized workout plan specifically tailored to my needs. After performing the prescribed exercises consistently, I began to feel noticeable improvement within just one day. If you are struggling with chronic pain or are looking for a personalized workout program that is truly designed for your body and goals, I highly recommend Imy. His knowledge, attention to detail, and individualized approach make a meaningful difference

Ron Tomsy Philip Supply Chain Management Student | Athlete | Community Contributor I am a Supply Chain Management student at NAIT with a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and execution developed through competitive athletics and hands-on work in fast-paced environments. As a former soccer player, I bring a performance mindset focused on preparation, consistency, and continuous improvement. Within Service Circle, I am here to learn directly from experienced professionals across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and operations. My academic focus includes procurement fundamentals, warehousing and inventory control, logistics and distribution, and introductory contract management, with a strong interest in how these systems operate in real-world settings beyond the classroom. Alongside learning, I am eager to contribute wherever I can add value. With experience in sales-oriented and people-facing roles, I am comfortable communicating, supporting teams, assisting with coordination, and taking on entry-level or support tasks in operational, warehouse, logistics, or project environments. I believe the best way to grow is by showing up, helping, and learning through action. Service Circle represents an opportunity to connect, contribute, and develop alongside professionals who value shared knowledge, real experience, and community growth. I am open to mentorship, hands-on opportunities, and collaborative work where effort, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter.
