Most women think about their heart, their hormones, their gut. The liver rarely comes up unless something has already gone wrong or a doctor has called them. And yet your liver is quietly running the show every single day. Processing your hormones, managing your cholesterol, handling your weight, filtering everything that shouldn't be there, keeping your energy, skin, mood and digestion functioning the way they should. After 40 though, things shift. The liver that sailed through your thirties may now be quietly struggling in ways you haven't connected yet. Just a quick update. At the moment I am creating the section called "LIVER and WEIGHT LOSS". I will tell you about: - how I approach weight loss, and I turn it into a full body upgrade hahaaa - what we want to lose and what we don't want to lose - my take on calories - what are the organs that need support so the body can release what it doesn't need - why is it more difficult to lose weight after 40, what is the nature doing And now, it is your time to tell me what else you need to know about weight loss and liver? We have got: - the basics about the liver and how it creates a healthy body for you. Very easy and relatable way to understand why all this is relevant other than you - what foods, spices, herbs and teas are supporting the liver + recipes to choose form if you need any inspo - link between liver and emotions - alcohol and liver health, recipes for moctails yummmm I am very excited how it is all coming together because focusing on liver will give you such a boost in your health - energy, digestion, moods, sleep, cholesterol, blood sugars, hormonal balance, skin etc etc etc

A More Complete Way to Heal
I want to share something important about this space. While my core focus is always nutrition, anti-inflammatory eating, and supporting the body to heal through food, I also see something very clearly in my practice. Mindset plays a huge role in how well we heal and how sustainably we change. The way we think, respond to stress, process emotions, and relate to ourselves can either support the body or keep it stuck in survival mode. At the same time, I am very aware that I am not a trained therapist or mindset specialist, I see patterns, I help to connect the dots, yes, but I feel like we all (me included) would benefits from some words of wisdom from different experts. So instead of trying to be everything, I have chosen to bring in support from people who are deeply skilled in these areas. They are all different ands thats how it should be, so you can feel the pull and follow your gut instinct. That is why you will start seeing me introduce different experts, conversations, and tools here, all focused on mindset, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and real-life skills that support healing. Think of this as an expansion of the journey, not a replacement of anything we already do here. My intention is simple. To make your healing process easier, more supported, and more complete by connecting body, mind, spirit and emotional wellbeing in a practical way. I will be sharing these insights gradually so you can explore, feel it out, take what is useful, and integrate it in a way that feels natural for you. I am really looking forward to bringing this layer into our space.
