It is finally here, exciting 🎉
7 Day Energy Boost. Ok ladies, something exciting has just landed and I am genuinely thrilled about this one! 🎉 (I am jumping up and down hahaaa) I have created a simple interactive app that lives right here inside our community and I think it is going to help so many of you. The whole idea is one focus. Eating a good breakfast. That is it. Because I have seen over and over again that when we get that one thing right, the rest of the day starts to shift too. Energy, cravings, mood, all of it. I see you women, I hear you women and I know you want change but it has to start simple. Perfect, this is exactly what you are getting :) Inside the app I will walk you through it all. A little insight each day, recipes you will actually want to eat, and a progress bar that makes you want to keep going. Trust me, Day 7 feels really good. 😄 If you are brand new here, perfect timing, jump straight in. If you have been with me for a while, well, we all know how life can creep in and knock us off track a little. 💛 Seven days. One focus. Let's go. Who is in? Start the 7 Day Energy Boost here Keep the sunshine in your pocket! Kelli 💛

Kelli, looking at the recipes asking about salmon is that fresh or tin. What size eggs are used in the recipe? When adding more proteins to the recipes such as hemp, chia and flaxseeds how much is a sprinkle?
Need a Quick Meal Idea?
No recipe needed. Cook medium size sweet potato in oven or airfryer. Oven 30 min and 220 C, airfryer 25 min and 200 C. Once cooked, cut it in half and serve with some protein: - Poached eggs - Wild Salmon - Cooked mince - Any meat leftovers from last night - Mashed avocado with lots of nuts and seeds Sit down, relax and enjoy. This is suitable for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Perfect when you run out of time,.have nothing in fridge but are still wanting to support your health. Any other ideas for toppings??

10 -16 November 2025: Magical Beetroot
This week in Thrive Again, we’re bringing attention to beetroot — one of those foods that is often overlooked but can be incredibly supportive when included regularly. In many parts of the world, beetroot is actually a very normal, everyday food. Across Eastern Europe it’s used in soups like borscht, in Mediterranean regions it’s often served roasted with olive oil, and in other cultures it’s added to salads, juices, or simple cooked dishes. It’s interesting how some foods that are common elsewhere haven’t quite become part of everyday eating here in Australia yet — and beetroot is one of them. I personally believe it’s worth bringing more of it into our meals because it offers such a wide range of health benefits. Beetroot naturally contains compounds that help improve circulation, support heart health, and enhance oxygen delivery around the body, which can influence energy levels, stamina, and even mental clarity. It’s also rich in antioxidants that help calm inflammation and support the body’s natural detox processes. Many people notice it can be especially supportive when energy feels low, when circulation isn’t optimal, or when the body is under more physical or inflammatory stress. Even adding it a few times during the week can make a difference over time. If beetroot isn’t something you usually eat, this could be a nice opportunity to experiment with it a little — sometimes these simple additions end up becoming really enjoyable once you find a way of preparing them that you like. 💜 For Premium Members Inside this week’s content: • Video "Beetroot - For Heart, Energy and More" – how to use raw, cooked, or powdered beetroot. • Handout (PDF) – a deeper overview of beetroot’s key benefits. • Meal Plan – different ways to include beetroot during the week so you can follow it fully or simply pick the meals that suit you.. Remember, Sundays are your “do whatever you want” days — a little flexibility goes a long way!

23 Feb – 1 March 2026: Useful Kitchen Gadgets
Hi everyone, I wanted to share some thoughts on kitchen gadgets that actually make healthy eating easier — the kind that save time, reduce stress, and help you stay consistent, rather than collecting dust in a cupboard 🙃. In my own life, I’ve found a few tools are absolute game-changers: a good-quality air fryer, a powerful blender, and a sturdy whisk. They make cooking more enjoyable, and the best ones are easy to clean, which means you’re far more likely to use them regularly. When it comes to healthy eating, small investments in the right tools can remove friction, reduce decision fatigue, and make it much easier to stick with the changes you want to see. Even just having gadgets that feel effortless to use can transform cooking from a chore into something simple and satisfying. 👉 I’d love to hear from you: Do you have a kitchen tool you swear by? Drop it in the comments — we can all learn from each other, and you might introduce someone to their next game-changer. For Premium Members This week inside the premium section, I’m going deeper with: • A video demo of my most-used kitchen gadgets, showing exactly how I use them in real life and what each tool is best for. • A PDF handout summarising each tool and what jobs it makes easier — perfect for a quick reference in the kitchen. • This week’s special meal plan featuring recipes designed for the air fryer, so you can see just how versatile it can be and pick your favourites. These small tools and tips can make a huge difference in making healthy eating simple, consistent, and even enjoyable. PS.
