I wanted to share a little intention behind the Mindset Module here in our community.
My goal is to offer different types of mindset tools because we are all unique, and what supports one person may feel completely different for another.
Some of you may prefer more traditional therapeutic approaches, others may lean toward somatic tools, tapping, meditation, or more spiritual practices.
The Mindset module (in the classroom) is simply a place where you can explore different methods and come back to whatever feels supportive for you at any given time.

Today, I want to introduce Liz and one of her beautiful EFT tapping resources.
Liz is a Master EFT Practitioner who also has lived experience parenting a neurodivergent child for over a decade. Her work is very grounded, practical, and easy to follow, and she has a real gift for making emotional regulation tools feel simple and accessible.
In the video I am sharing with you, Liz guides you through an EFT tapping session designed:
- For the moments when you feel like you have fallen off track.
- For the days when you have not stuck to your plan.
- For the moments where you feel like you have failed yourself.
And for the emotional weight that can come with guilt, shame, or self-judgment.
This is a gentle practice that works with your nervous system to help release the emotional intensity around those experiences so you can reset and move forward with more ease.
You do not need any experience. Just follow along.

If this resonates with you, I encourage you to explore more of her work inside her own community The Nurtured Heart, where she has a large library of supportive tools for women, neurodivergent parenting, emotional regulation, and stress relief. As always, all this is a suggestion, you need to do you. π
