Thinking ahead for potential future genres

I have two more series in my head which will take probably another year and a half to write. After that, however, I was wondering whether I could choose a different genre. I am trying to avoid creative burnout. I know it sounds like a long time away, but I start plotting future books quite a long time beforehand.

For context, I write urban fantasy mysteries with cozy elements. Options I've considered: Gaslamp, Steampunk and Sci-Fi (probably with some fantasy elements). They would all have mysteries with lowish stakes. All my books have romantic subplots as well. Any advice? Many thanks.
