Your physiology is still calibrated for an eating pattern that disappeared somewhere between the invention of agriculture and the invention of the drive‑thru. Modern food asks your metabolism, microbiome, and hunger signals to perform under conditions they were never designed for, and your body is doing its best to file polite complaints. Your physiology is still calibrated for an eating pattern that doesn’t exist anymore. Most people think their cravings, fatigue, bloating, or brain fog are personal flaws. Clinically, they’re just the predictable side‑effects of feeding ancient machinery a 2026 menu. Your biology is basically standing there with a clipboard whispering, “This… is not what we trained for.” Most people never learn this part. They just assume their body is the problem. It isn’t. The mismatch is. Notice the mismatch. Notice what feels “engineered” versus what feels like something your great‑great‑grandmother would recognize as food. That gap is where most of your modern symptoms live and come from. If you want to understand the physiology behind that gap, without shame, without diet culture, and with a little humor to keep your nervous system regulated, my community is where I break it all down in a way your body will actually recognize. Join me if you want to understand what your body is reacting to and those symptoms you have. AND IT'S STILL FREE TO JOIN! COME ON IN!! I LEFT THE LIGHT ON 💡💡💡

Don't Take My Word for It ~ Here's a Post From a Member!
One of our lovely members created this post yesterday, so I want to share the fun we have in Menopause Skool with you all! I've removed the names of those who inspired the topic for privacy, but Dyann was gracious enough to allow me to post her name! If you inspired and want to be tagged, please let me know! Post and picture created by Dyann Joyner ~ "Inspired by some of the posts here" This image was created to visually express some of the fun conversations from this week. Highlights: 💛 Losing your phone while talking on it - 🧡 Searching for your glasses while on your head - @Melissa Boster 💗 Wearing glucose monitors - 🤍 Cravings for chicken or pumpkin bread- @Marisa Nunziato @Melissa Boster 🧡 Hot flashes and night sweats - @Marisa Nunziato 💛 Golden Milk recipe to reduce pain and sleep better - And one of my favorites - "I told them every single chip, pizza slice or bowl of ice cream they might just as well attach to their ass or belly with duck tape. That’s where their bodies will put it anyway!" - One of my important takeaways was I need to monitor my blood sugar more closely. And definitely looking forward to trying the golden milk. As for the other highlights, I definitely relate to all of them!😳 What about you? What were some of your favorite conversations or new insights from the week? Thank you @Melissa Boster and @Marisa Nunziato for creating such a fun and engaging space for a really bizarre season of life. 🫶 What are you waiting for ~ join the fun TODAY in Menopause Skool ~ and if you are the inspiration for any of these hilarious moments ~ please tag yourself and I will add you back in so you get the credit!
