Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

Coach Adam Hood is live with our VIPs today at 8 AM PT
Quick heads up, Coach Adam Hood joins our VIP call this morning at 8 AM Pacific. Adam is the former President and CEO of Perfect Power Wash, and he's been my coach for years. When I was trying to boil the ocean, he's the guy who told me to simplify: make the phone ring, sell the job, do the job. He's very selective about who he works with and turns down most of the owners who apply. Normally you'd pay well over a thousand dollars an hour for his time, if he says yes at all. Today our VIPs get him for a full hour. We're walking through how to build a sales machine, then opening the mic for your questions. If you're on Standard or Premium, this is the one to upgrade for. Upgrade to VIP here and you're in for this call and every weekly VIP call after it. Join the call: VIP: Building a Sales Machine What's the one sales question you'd ask Adam if you had him for 5 minutes?
Recurring Commercial
Good morning fellas, Question about commercial as I am slowly getting my foot in the door in that realm, I just completed a $2253 ticket for some siding and flat work. I offered to put them on a yearly maintenance contract to make sure the staining never returns to that degree. They said if the price is reasonable, they'd be open to it. So my question is, do you all offer a slighly discounted rate after a first time clean, maybe 10-15%?
