Good morning fellas,
Question about commercial as I am slowly getting my foot in the door in that realm, I just completed a $2253 ticket for some siding and flat work. I offered to put them on a yearly maintenance contract to make sure the staining never returns to that degree. They said if the price is reasonable, they'd be open to it. So my question is, do you all offer a slighly discounted rate after a first time clean, maybe 10-15%?
