Hey Den! 👋 I'm Nathan. Quick backstory: I'm 40. At 27, I traded San Diego for Panama and never looked back. I've been living in Central America ever since. In May 2025, I joined KC Power Clean in the scheduling department. Then I became scheduling lead, then Preferred Partner manager, and eventually worked my way up to CTO. Nobody handed me a tech roadmap. I built and connected systems out of pure necessity, using AI, scripts and workflows to fix whatever was slowing us down. That's still my favorite thing to do: putting order to chaos so people can work better. Is it finished? Not even close. It's still a work in progress, and that's exactly why I'm here. I'll share the wins, the faceplants and the "why did we ever do it that way" moments, so you don't have to learn them the hard way. Has anybody started experimenting with voice AI models for inbound/outbound sales and customer service? Like most of you I’m sure you’ve seen demo videos and I’ve played around with them a bit personally but haven’t shipped it in my business at all. Seems to be getting closer. Just curious to hear what the room says about this since I know offshore sales teams seem to be the route for a few of you here.
