Hey Den! 👋 I'm Nathan. Quick backstory: I'm 40. At 27, I traded San Diego for Panama and never looked back. I've been living in Central America ever since. In May 2025, I joined KC Power Clean in the scheduling department. Then I became scheduling lead, then Preferred Partner manager, and eventually worked my way up to CTO. Nobody handed me a tech roadmap. I built and connected systems out of pure necessity, using AI, scripts and workflows to fix whatever was slowing us down. That's still my favorite thing to do: putting order to chaos so people can work better. Is it finished? Not even close. It's still a work in progress, and that's exactly why I'm here. Has anybody started experimenting with voice AI models for inbound/outbound sales and customer service? Like most of you I’m sure you’ve seen demo videos and I’ve played around with them a bit personally but haven’t shipped it in my business at all. Seems to be getting closer. Just curious to hear what the room says about this since I know offshore sales teams seem to be the route for a few of you here.

I haven’t seen my office this fired up . I took my Ai tool and recorded the entire event over 6 hours of recordings then uploaded it all to Claude cause I talk it daily about my business and I told it out of all this build is a roadmap to set us up to run like a 10M company. My team is already implementing the task we have to set this up and then we have stuff to dial our field guys out more.
