Skool Basics
You're in. Here's how to get the most out of this place in your first week. 1. Community This is the feed. Post your wins, ask questions and introduce yourself in Introductions. Tell us what you do, where you are and what you're working on this year. The fastest way to get value here is to show up and talk. 2. Classroom All training lives here. Start with Start Here: Welcome to the Den, then work through the modules in order. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off. 3. Calendar Every live call and event is on the Calendar, shown in your time zone. Click any event to add it to your own calendar. The live calls are where the biggest breakthroughs happen, so block the time. 4. Leaderboards When members like your posts and comments, you earn points. Points raise your level, and some levels unlock extra content. The leaderboard shows the most active members for the week, the month and all time. Show up and help others, and you'll climb. 💵Get your coaching paid for! If you're getting value here, invite a friend. Affiliate commissions are set at 40%. Every paid member who joins through your link earns you 40% of their membership for life of the client, and a few referrals can cover your own membership. How to get your link: 1. Click Invite People on the community page. 2. Copy your personal referral link and send it to a business owner who'd fit in here. Anyone who clicks your link and joins within 14 days is credited to you. Commissions show as pending for 14 days, then you can withdraw them. You must be an active member when they join. Why we're building here, not on Facebook Skool will take down Facebook in time. Facebook's algorithm is built to keep you scrolling, not to help you grow. The world is moving to small, focused communities where real experts teach. No ads, no rage bait, no endless feed. Just people building real businesses, learning from each other. You got in early. Go introduce yourself.

Welcome to the Lion's Den
I started the Lion's Den because having a struggling business sucks. And your not meant to try and figure it out alone. Facebook is a swamp and I can't go 2 minutes without a distracting ad that pulls me away from what I originally went there for (literally forget why I logged on half the time). In 2019 I joined a group that helped change my life. The community and clarity that I got from that group of serious entrepreneurs in the same trade helped rocket fuel some growth at KC Power Clean and now I want to help you do the same. Get ready to roll up your sleeves... So with that, where are you feeling stuck? What's your next barrier to break through?

How does your business give back?
This is the third year to have supported the Sacramento Hotel Association’s Bowl-o-Rama event. We hosted Aloft Sacramento Airport and Wyndham Sacramento bowling teams this year! Giving back isn’t something we do occasionally. It’s one of our core values. It pays back! We’ve made valuable connections with hoteliers and with other vendors as well. Gigi from sales is attending this event and she’s ready to serve up a raffle prize and treat bags. I’m always looking for opportunities to give back to our community and support industries that we serve.

🔵Blue Bubbles vs. 🟢Green Bubbles: We Tested It. Here's What Happened.
Hey Lion's Den Members! 🦁 I'm RG from the marketing team at The Lion's Den! I'll be sharing some of the marketing strategies, automations, and systems we're using to grow our business. Here's a quick case study from our Loss Recovery campaigns in KC Power Clean (following up with leads who got an estimate but never booked). 📊 Straight From Our Dashboard (May–August 2026) ✅ 32.8% overall response rate (iMessage + SMS) ✅ 24.4% previous period ✅ +34.1% increase vs. last period Here's what we've observed: - 🔵 iMessage: 30–36% response rate - 🟢 Traditional SMS: 10–12% response rate - 🚀 That's approximately 2.5–3.6X the response rate! 💰 What Does This Mean for Your Business? Imagine having 1,000 old leads sitting in your CRM. 🟢 Traditional SMS: 100–120 responses 🔵 iMessage: 300–360 responses That's potentially 180–260 additional conversations without spending another dollar on ads! These are people who already expressed interest in your services. And here's the exciting part: This isn't just for loss recovery! You can also use iMessage in your lead intake process, replacing regular SMS for initial outreach, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and estimate reminders where supported. That means more opportunities to start conversations with new leads, too! Of course, messaging channel isn't the only factor. Your audience, timing, and follow-up strategy all matter. The goal isn't to blast thousands of people. It's to create conversations with people who already know your business! 🚀 Want Help Setting Up GoHighLevel? If you're interested in getting GoHighLevel set up for your business from scratch, I'd be happy to help fellow Lions build a lead intake and loss recovery system like this. 👇 Drop a comment if you'd like help getting started or want to learn more! — RG | Marketing 🦁
