Something is slowing down my weight loss.
I have used this diet in the past and it worked really well.
This time it is not working so well and the only thing that has changed (besides my age and being post menopausal), is the additional amount of sugar free sodas that I am guzzling down in large quantities every day.
So now I am making a promise to myself that I will reduce the number of sugar-free sodas that I drink to 1 x 330ml Coke Zero or Sprite Zero per day and no more than 1 x 330ml Soda Water per day. Other than that only water (or water with electrolytes when I am exercising).
I know it’s not going to be easy - but I really want to lose this excess weight and I know I CAN!!!
