We’ve all been there. We wouldn't be so into healing and shifting if we haven't experienced an immense amount of pain in our lives... Pain has a way of showing up uninvited...through heartbreak, failure, loss, or disappointment. But here’s the thing… pain isn’t just something to “get over.” It’s often one of our greatest teachers. When you touch a hot stove as a kid, you learn quickly not to do it again. That’s pain teaching you protection. When someone breaks your trust, it hurts..but it also teaches you about boundaries and self-respect. Imagine pain like the gym. Lifting weights is uncomfortable, sometimes painful in the moment. But without that resistance, your muscles never grow. In the same way, emotional and life pain...if we lean into it instead of avoiding it..can make us stronger, wiser, and more compassionate. Pain isn't weakness.. it means you’re alive. It’s shaping you into someone you couldn’t have become without it.
