The Power of Daily Reminders: Reprogramming Your Mind for Greatness
Most people underestimate how easily the mind forgets who they really are. It gets caught in noise, comparison, and stress… until you start feeding it new messages every day. That’s why one of the simplest yet most powerful tools you can use is daily reminders of your greatness. Literally... set recurring notifications on your phone that pop up with empowering reframes or truths. Example: Imagine your phone buzzes at 9AM and you see: “You’ve overcome everything that was meant to break you.”.. Then again at 3PM: “Stay calm. God’s timing is perfect.” Or before bed: “You did enough today. You are enough. Continue to focus on the small wins.. We're getting there.” It’s like training your brain to come home to truth instead of fear ... every single day. Over time, these micro reminders become part of your identity. Try This Practice “Rewire Alerts” 1. Pick 3-5 reminders that empower you, reframe fear, or reconnect you to gratitude. 2. Add them as repeating notifications on your phone (morning, midday, and evening) Monday - Friday. 3. Watch how your inner state begins to shift within days. What’s one reminder you’d love to see pop up on your phone every day? Drop it below 👇 let’s fill this thread with words that lift each other higher. Love all of you!! WE GOT THIS!

@Justin Peters Love this! My goal is to add a few more to the one I already have on my phone at 9:00 which says: You are good enough exactly how you are. Will add more here once I come up with them😊

Finding My Way Back
This week, I’m starting from a place of gratitude and pride. After a period of spiraling and slipping back into old habits that didn’t serve me, I’ve finally found my way back💪🏼 Back to myself. Back to calm. Back to the things that truly help me grow and heal. I’ve forgiven and been kind to myself for the dip because healing isn’t a straight line. It’s full of pauses, setbacks, and restarts. And that’s okay. What matters is that I didn’t stay stuck there🙏🏼 I’ve started meditating again, doing my tapping meditations, reading, and giving myself space to breathe and reflect. I’m rediscovering how good it feels to take care of myself and to fill my time with things that truly make me happy. There’s more quiet in my head now. More peace. More clarity. I share this because I know how easy it is to be hard on ourselves when we fall back into old patterns. But every time we find our way back no matter how long it takes it’s a victory worth celebrating. If you’re reading this and you’re in a similar place right now, please know: you will find your way back too. Sometimes it starts with one small act of kindness toward yourself. ✨ What’s one thing you’ve recently done (or would like to start doing again) that helps you reconnect with yourself and your healing?

The “I AM” Practice
There’s a powerful truth that’s been passed down through spiritual teachings, personal development, and even modern psychology: You become what you think about all day long. The words you use after “I AM” are some of the most creative forces in your life. They shape your beliefs, your energy, and how you show up in the world. Think about two people who wake up in the morning. One says, “I am exhausted. I am stressed. I am unlucky.” That energy colors their entire day. The other says, “I am grateful. I am strong. I am capable.” Same morning, same world.. but completely different experience. Each morning, before you look at your phone or get pulled into the noise of the day, complete this sentence with three uplifting words: 👉 “I am ______. I am ______. I am ______.” For example: - I am healing. - I am worthy. - I am love. Say them out loud. Write them on a posty note for your bathroom. Write them down. Let them become the lens through which you experience your day. What are YOUR three “I Am” statements today? Drop them in the comments.. not only will it anchor them for you, but it might inspire someone else who needs those exact words today.

@Justin Peters That’s great! I love the idea that you’ll make a post about it soon. 7 a day, that’s inspiring. I’m just a grasshopper compared to you sensei 😉 This motivated me to add more a day. Now I have the fun job to come up with more. Thanks brother!🙏🏼
💝Take time to Heal…
When we take time to pause and process before entering another relationship, we offer ourselves the gift of healing. This allows our nervous system to regulate and gives time for self-love to be nourished. We won’t be perfect, but we can be whole — which is not only a gift to us, but to our future relationships as well, because the best relationship you can have is the one with yourself. 🦋💫

@Tiffany Aquino This is exactly what I am doing now and what I believe too. I am in no rush to enter a new relationship any time soon and I am totally ok with that. I am in a loving relationship with myself and growing and healing and learning/ getting used to loving myself.

Regulate before you relate
Hello beautiful community, One piece of wisdom that’s supported me deeply these past weeks is this: regulate before you relate. I noticed myself slipping into anxious patterns in my relationship—behaviors that didn’t align with the vision I hold for myself or for us. So I began using my morning journaling practice to self-regulate before turning on my phone and inviting in the world’s noise. This simple shift leaves me grounded, confident, and able to show up as the man I want to be in my relationship. If you’re struggling with anxiety, may this reminder support you too. You are worthy of all the love—especially your own. 🙏
