One of the biggest reasons for my success is simple:
I’ve spent 20+ years as a behavioural profiler.
I use it every day - in relationships, in business, in negotiations, in reading a room.
It has been one of the most powerful skills of my life.
But here’s the truth:
We’re all born as behavioural profilers.
Children can’t understand words, but they do understand tone, micro-expressions, energy. They instinctively know what’s really being said.
As we grow older, we’re taught to pay attention to the words instead of the signals.
We stop trusting the very instincts we were born with.
That’s a mistake.
How many times have you said:
“I had a feeling…”
“I knew something was off…”
“I should have trusted my gut…”
For me, my gut is my first reference point.
Then I go and find the facts to back it up.
Words lie.
Energy doesn’t.
👉 So here’s the challenge: start tuning back in. Honour what your instinct tells you. Don’t dismiss it.
Have you ever trusted your gut and been proven right? Or ignored it and regretted it?
