Why are you still working longer hours than the people who work for you? 🔵 Here is the truth I see every week. More than 90% of the entrepreneurs I speak to have been at this a long time. Years. Sometimes decades. And they still cannot make the living they deserve. Still cannot take the holidays they promised themselves. Still getting by. Still making do. Still smiling on the outside while something fearful sits on the inside. I know that feeling. I have lived it in the past 🔵 So let me ask you something direct. If your way hasn't worked in the last 10 years, what makes you so sure it will work in the next 10? At some point the hard truth has to land. If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting. And if you don't like what you are getting, that is the signal. Change some things. Learn some new things. Get some more help. But if you change nothing, you must, must, must accept that nothing changes. 🔵 The hardest day in business is the day you stop blaming the market, the staff, the economy, and you look at the one thing you can actually control. Just wanted to share with the Growth syndicate, and huge thanks to @Mike Greene for his support especially over the last period, and to share last weekend's win for the myfamilyheritagevault.com team. As some may know, my business is built around "living and creating" your legacy with ancestry, cine and video media, and photobook collection in a "treasure chest" that becomes pure gold to many . Here is 102 year old Freda Smith, a resident with the Barchester Bayleaf team in Huntingdon. It just so happened that whilst I was listening to Freda and her sharing her amazing family stories, the Mayor of Huntingdon Patrick popped by and helped us present one of our Heritage Prestige boxes to her as a gift from us and she was delighted. I also managed to listen in whilst on a rare office day to Expats radio with Mike and Neville and that was also amazing in listening in, posing a question and referring to our Veterans programme. We are also looking to work with the team at Imperial War Museum, Duxford and the British Normandy Memorial, and the Walking with the Wounded, a veterans association charity. I was fortunate to jump on the monthly call this evening, having access 1 on 1 with Mike, and I can honestly say his mentoring, direction, and energy and enthusiasm for business shines through and eternally grateful for his valued support and wisdom really focusing on what is important. I can honestly say I would not be anywhere near where I am on my business journey without Mike and his no-nonsense, no-fluff (grab your throat!) mentoring, and now through sticking with my passion and purpose and complete focus the sales are now underway. I have a big end of year target to go after, and I am more committed than ever to make it happen across the UK and build to a global brand.
