Sometimes we look at the diary and think, “I can’t do that today, I’ve already got a meeting,” or “I’m too busy, I’ve got this, that, and the other.” But what we should be thinking is: Yes, that’s my big thing today… but what little moments have I got where I can still move the dial? What about one quick call to someone who’d love to hear from you? One quick message to arrange that catch-up you keep putting off? One quick note to say thank you or well done — not because you have to, but because you want to. Just a few minutes ago, I was chatting to the legendary Phil Graham. What a businessman. From health, wealth, and fitness to advising companies of all sizes. I was just getting up, he was just heading to bed — he’s in LA right now, still making things happen. That’s the thing. There are always moments that can make the difference. Don’t write off a whole day just because it’s full. There are always magic micro moments — little windows that can make someone’s day, spark a new idea, move a decision forward, or simply make you feel better. Enjoy the day. Find your micro moments. And if you’re joining us on the 28th — I can’t wait to catch up. If not, make sure you’ve got a plan for next year. And if you need a nudge on that, I’m always happy to jump on a quick 10-minute call with anyone from this group. Let’s make the most of the moments… …if if you’re about tonight at 7pm hop on our Growth Syndicate zoom
