📅 IMPORTANT: 2 DIARY CHANGES FOR NEXT WEEK
Hi everyone, Just a quick heads-up on a couple of changes to next week’s live mentoring sessions. 1. OPEN MONTHLY MENTORING SESSION As many of you know, the first Monday of every month is our Open Mentoring Session. This session is available to everyone in The Growth Syndicate community, including Free, VIP and Premium members. Unfortunately, I’ll be speaking and presenting awards at the Inspire Education Awards on Monday, so I won’t be able to host the session at the usual time. The session will therefore move to: ➡ Monday 8th June➡ Same time➡ Same Zoom link... see the calendar. The change has already been updated in The Growth Syndicate calendar. 2. VIP & PREMIUM MEMBER WEDNESDAY ZOOM I will also be away on holiday next Tues-Thursday (2nd, 3rd, 4th of June) As a result, the VIP & Premium Zoom session that would normally take place on Wednesday will now be held on: ➡ Friday 5th June➡ Same time➡ Same Zoom link Again, this has already been updated in the calendar. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF BOTH CHANGES. As always, if you have a quick question that can’t wait until the live sessions, feel free to send me a direct message and I’ll do my best to get back to you. If it’s a broader business question that others may benefit from, please post it in the community. One of the biggest strengths of this group is the experience, knowledge and generosity of the members within it. I look forward to seeing you all on the revised dates/sessions. Tomorrows Saturday Syndicafe will still happen at 8.30am for those that are up and about and want to start their weekend with a Boost

Happy Easter...Join us online tomorrow 6.30pm
Easter is about renewal. About reset. About coming back stronger. Take some time this weekend. Switch off properly. Be present with your family. Recharge, not just physically, but mentally. But don’t just drift through it. Set a clear intention. How are you coming back on Tuesday? More focused? More disciplined? Clearer on what actually matters? And remember this… Until 1752 in the UK, the New Year actually started on 25th March under the old Julian calendar. Spring. Renewal. New beginnings. So if January didn’t quite land how you wanted it to… this is your second shot. A proper reset. A real opportunity to go again, but this time with clarity. And if you want help sharpening that focus… Join our open mentoring hour at 6:30pm on Bank Holiday Monday. Let’s get you clear, aligned, and ready to go again. Enjoy the break. Then come back ready. Happy Easter.

Thankyou Mike, needed this. Need a proper reset. Happy Easter 🐣
Better late than never!
Yesterday on an our open zoom SKOOL session, one of the guys turned up late. Not because he couldn’t be bothered. Not because he forgot. Because he was dealing with a customer emergency call out. He had to reprioritise. He did what business owners do. He handled it. That’s life: Things move. Problems land. Priorities shift. Most people in that situation? They don’t bother showing up at all. “Too late now.” “I’ve missed most of it.” “I’ll just catch the next one…” But he joined anyway. And in those last few minutes? He picked up a couple of solid ideas. Had a laugh. Got some perspective. Connected with people on the same path. That’s the difference. So many people miss a deadline, miss a moment, miss an opportunity… And then they miss everything that follows. They quit too early. In business. In life. In rooms that matter. Listen carefully. You might turn up late and miss a bit. But if you don’t turn up at all… you miss everything. There’s always value in showing up. Always something to take. Always a connection, an idea, a shift. The people who win aren’t perfect. They’re just present. Always show up.
Better late than never!

Walk. Write. Question Everything.
In a world full of distraction, noise, and constant tech pulling at your attention, most people don’t need more input. They need less. Not another app, not another system, not another “life hack.” Just a few simple disciplines that cut through the chaos and bring you back to clarity. Here are 3 habits worth adopting: First, to quieten the noise, walk. Not exercise. Not with a podcast. Not scrolling or taking calls. Just walk. Every day, for at least 30 minutes. There’s a natural rhythm to walking that brings the brain back into balance. Left, right, left, right. It synchronises in a way that sitting and trying to “think harder” never will. There’s a reason so many of history’s greatest thinkers did their best work on their feet. Second, to sharpen your focus, write by hand. Not your to do list. Not your business plan. A separate notebook. Every morning, before you open any device, write one page. It doesn’t matter what comes out. Stream of consciousness is fine. The power is in the process. Writing by hand slows the mind down and forces it to choose words rather than spray them. The clarity you’re looking for sits in that small gap between thinking and writing. Third, to separate your signal from society’s noise, ask yourself one simple question whenever you feel overwhelmed. “Is this mine?” Most of what you’re carrying isn’t. The pressure, the comparison, the sense that you should be further ahead by now. It’s absorbed. From social media, from other people, from a world that never switches off. The moment you recognise that, it starts to loosen its grip. Try this for seven days. No complexity. No overthinking. Just walk, write, and question what you’re carrying. You might find the clarity you’ve been chasing was never that far away.
Walk. Write. Question Everything.

Adapt or be Forgotten
Every Friday night I drop one of my past published blogs into The Growth Syndicate. These are pieces I’ve written over the years for different organisations and media. Timeless principles. Not trends. This week’s is: Adapt Or Be Forgotten How To Engage An 8-Second Attention Span A few takeaways: • You have 8 seconds to win attention. After that, you’re invisible. • People remember 10% of what they read. 90% of what they do. • Long, clever messaging is killing engagement. • Interaction beats information. Every time. If your marketing feels “fine” but not powerful, this will hit home. It’s live now inside the network. Don’t miss it. https://www.skool.com/thegrowthsyndicate/classroom/e8650cc4?md=7aa0176134524de1a0a5a4d218598518

@Mike Greene Ok, Thankyou. Not sure why I struggle for content think because in my mind I’m second guessing trying to figure out what people would prefer to see or would resonate with and fail. Perfect, Look forward to it.
