CAN I TRUST YOU?
Not your words.
Not your intentions.
Your actions.
Do you keep promises?
More importantly…
Do you keep promises to yourself?
Because this is where it all breaks down
People set goals
They feel motivated
They say “this time is different”
Then…
→ Day 2, they ease off
→ Day 4, they justify it
→ Day 7, they quit
Not because the goal was wrong
Because their standard was weak
And here’s the uncomfortable truth:
If you can’t trust yourself
Why would anyone else trust you?
→ Your team
→ Your clients
→ Your family
They don’t listen to what you say
They watch what you do
Self first is not selfish
It is the foundation
Because until you:
→ Honour your own word
→ Do what you said you would do
→ Show up when you don’t feel like it
You are building on sand
Discipline is not about motivation
It is about integrity
Keeping promises to yourself
When nobody is watching
Sit with that
Then ask yourself:
What have I said I would do…
That I haven’t done?
Fix that first
Because success doesn’t start with strategy
It starts with SELF DISCIPLINE
SELF trust
And if you can’t trust yourself
You’ve got nothing to build on
