Where Do I Start?🧐
This is a common question that gets asked when clients are seeking coaching or are starting their fitness journey🙋‍♂️
I know that some of our new team members and are facing the same question now! This is how I coach my clients when this question get's asked.
Why are we here? What is the root purpose of your goal? Is it to move better? Is it to fit into an outfit for an event coming up? Is it to be a stronger presence in your family?
The reasons can vary but these questions are important. You are able to start 🟢 when you have direction🧭
So let's say the core purpose of why we are here today is to lose enough weight to fit back into a certain size of clothing. Let's look at your lifestyle. Are you sleeping well? Are you eating the right amount of food for your goals? Are you exercising and ALSO practicing recovery? Alright, now let's look at how we can make realistic adjustments to get you started moving in that direction.
