Okay I have had some upper back pain the past 2 days. I am 99% sure it is because of my curved spine and sleeping on my side again. I have been trying to do better about sleeping flat on my back again and the pain seems to be getting weaker. It is a sort of sharp pain between my spine and shoulder blade and I feel it pinch when I move my arms up high or down low and when I take a deep breath in. Plan is to just sleep more on my back than side and hope it goes away again. The usual for me 😅
