- Finally got my full AML registration confirmation from HMRC. I thought at one point during the HMRC corespondances that there would be a problem with the fact that I work 100% remotly. All ok though 😁
- Looking at taking on our first R2SA property to kick off our management company and enable us to prove and tweek our systems etc.
- Decided to offer R2SA deals and will offer management through our own company.
Its taken us a while to decide exactly what we wanted to do in this space as there are many stratigies to choose from and its easy to get overwhelmed by what direction to take, but finally decided. Looking forward to finally getting this thing going 👍
