Overall goal
I started with an overall target of handing my notice in at work within 18 months of starting this. To keep me on track I now have the target date in my office on my whiteboard that I see all day everyday. I’m only putting it in here because now I’ve said it out loud for others to see and as a target I’ve set myself. It seems a random date but that’s my 41st birthday!
