Ideal Yield: Targeting minimum 8%+ yields, depending on overall deal strength (please confirm?)
Maximum Purchase Price:
£120,000 (max through mortgage)
Ideally £90,000–£100,000
£40,000 deposit
Property Condition:
Light refurbishment preferred (e.g. cosmetic works such as painting and flooring)
No major refurb work
or Turnkey
