Late to the party, but hoping to achieve his weekly goals after a much needed rest 😊
- D2V leads on fb ad posted
- Non negotiables - message at least 100 potential leads - piggyback in on Facebook groups annd target them to add to my WhatsApp group. Currently sitting at 20 people I want 30 by Sunday
- Onboard a new investor this week.
- Offered on a property four weeks ago and recently seen that they reduced the property price. Planning to submit a deal walk-through for Sam to make sure I’ve got the right figures before I go back and follow up with an offer again by end of week!
- X3 Instagram posts (non negotiable) and be more active on socials including linked in.
