🥩 FUEL THURSDAY — What's Your Strategy?
Good morning!
In the DGC, Pillar #3 is FUEL (20 Points).
We don't call it "dieting." Dieting is temporary. Fueling is permanent.
If you put trash in a Ferrari, the engine knocks. If you put sugar and processed garbage in your body, your brain knocks.
The Prompt: We want to see how you fuel.
