⏱️ How I built a landing page in 90 minutes ... no designer, no code
Your email list is the one marketing asset you actually control. Social platforms change the rules overnight. Your list is yours. The problem has always been building the page to grow it. Designers. Developers. Monthly fees for tools like LeadPages and ClickFunnels. Not any more. In this video I show you how I built the whole thing ... the copy, the design, and a live page collecting email addresses ... in under 90 minutes, using agentic AI. In the video I walk you through: - Why your email list is the one asset you truly control - The simple four-step process: context, copy, design, build - How to get AI to write your page copy in under a minute - How to design a beautiful page and make it live, connected to your email system - How to replace expensive tools like LeadPages and ClickFunnels Honestly? The first time it worked I couldn't quite believe it. A job that used to eat a day or two ... done in an afternoon. And the copy was so good I didn't change a single word. 🎬 New video: Claude Team Plan now starts at just 2 seats
If you've ever thought Claude was too expensive to run for your firm ... this changes things. There's been a lot of confusion about whether Claude's Team plan needs a minimum of five seats or two. I set one up to get you the real answer ... and it's now just two. That finally makes it competitive with ChatGPT's business plan for solo and small firms. In the video I walk you through: - The real minimum, and why the pricing page confuses everyone - How to set up a Team plan, step by step - The important catch: it creates a new account, so your existing projects and chats don't carry over - Why your old Pro plan keeps auto-renewing until you cancel it Watch it here: https://youtu.be/vVzLXUEgwv8?si=OwCKV8rTsWeb0Ep_ Have you moved to a Team plan yet, or still weighing it up? 👇

🚀 ChatGPT just had its biggest update in months
OpenAI has just made its biggest change in a while ... and it's a direct response to Claude. Over the weekend ChatGPT 5.6 landed. Everyone's talking about the new models, but honestly that's not the real headline. I've spent the weekend digging into it and recorded a full walkthrough for you. In the video I walk you through: - What's actually changed: Chat, Work and Codex now combined in one place, mirroring Claude Cowork - The three new models ... Sol, Terra and Luna ... and when to use each (and why Sol eats through your limits) - Linking projects to folders in the desktop app, and the one limitation to watch for - The other new bits: Sites, the built-in browser replacing Atlas, Computer Use and a Chrome extension My honest take: it's early and things will keep shifting, but the direction is unmistakable ... OpenAI is chasing what Claude Cowork already does well. You'll find the video on my YouTube Channel here. If you like the video please give it the thumbs up (it helps the channel) 👍 Have you updated yet ... and which of the three new models are you reaching for? 👇

🇨🇳 The AI Race Just Got More Interesting
Two Chinese AI companies released frontier models last week that they say can compete with the best from OpenAI and Anthropic. And they're giving them away for free. Moonshot launched Kimi K3 ... a massive model with 2.8 trillion parameters. They say it only trails OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol and Anthropic's Claude Fable 5. Alibaba followed with Qwen3.8 Max at 2.4 trillion parameters, claiming it's second only to Claude Fable 5. Here's what makes this different from the usual AI announcements. Both companies are making these models fully open-source. That means any developer in the world can download them, modify them, and build new tools on top of them. While the big US labs mostly keep their best models locked behind paid subscriptions, China is betting on giving theirs away. Demand for Kimi K3 was so high that Moonshot had to temporarily stop accepting new users ... they literally ran out of computing capacity. A few things that stood out to me: - The gap between the best open-source and closed-source models is getting smaller - More competition means better AI tools at lower prices for everyone - Open-source models give smaller companies and developers access to capabilities that used to be locked behind expensive APIs America still has big advantages in chips and investment. But the lead is narrower than most people realise. Do you think open-source AI will win out over closed models in the end? Or will the big US labs stay ahead? 👇
