Have you tried the new Apps feature in ChatGPT yet?
OpenAI recently rolled out a new feature called Apps… and you’ll now see a dedicated section for it in the left-hand menu of ChatGPT. But the big question is…Is this going to be useful for us in practice? Or is it just another passing gimmick? Here’s why I’m asking… 🧩 You can now connect ChatGPT with tools like Airtable, Canva, Replit, and even Spotify, Apple Music, and TripAdvisor 🧪 It replaces the old Plugin system (remember that mess?)—and looks more promising 🤔 But personally, I’m still a bit sceptical... so I’d love your thoughts! 👇 Watch the video below, and then tell me in the comments: • Have you started using Apps inside ChatGPT? • Which ones are you using (business or personal)? • Do you see this being useful long-term? Let’s share what’s working… and what’s not.I’d love to learn from your experience.

I’ve tried it briefly. It feels more polished than the old plugins, but not a real game-changer for me yet. The potential is there—especially if it starts supporting repeatable, day-to-day workflows—but for now I’m watching to see how practical it becomes.
Let's make 2026 great... together!
First off... Happy New Year 🥳. If I could teach you anything in the realm of AI or ChatGPT, what would you like me to teach you in 2026? 👇 Let me know in the comments below. I am currently thinking about how best I can help you. It could be more practical AI prompts, teaching vibe coding, how to build apps, going deeper with ChatGPT. Be as specific as possible. And feel free to add more than one comment.

Happy New Year, Mark— wishing you and the community a great 2026 as well. I’d love to focus on practical, real-world examples: starting from simple workflows, then showing how to turn them into custom tools using ChatGPT, light coding, and AI automations — without needing to become a full-time developer.
👉 Are you currently using any AI automations to streamline parts of your workflow?
If so, what are they doing for you? And if not, what's one repetitive task you wish could be automated? You don’t need to overthink it. Just describe a process that’s time-consuming, boring, or frustrating… and let’s see if we can help you build something. 💬 Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Bonus: I’ll pick one of the suggestions and create a custom automation example for it! Need ideas to spark your thinking? Here are a few things you might want to automate: Recapping client meetings Creating first drafts of proposal emails Extracting expense invoices from emails Weekly KPI summaries from spreadsheets Chasing clients for missing info Let’s crowdsource the best automation ideas accountants need—and I’ll help turn them into step-by-step solutions 🚀

We’re using AI mostly as a copilot, not full automation yet—mainly for drafting emails, summarizing notes, and cleaning up explanations before they go out. The biggest thing I’d love to automate next is workflow-based client communication—when new engagements hit our system, have AI draft tailored emails and queue them for review (not auto-send).
🎯 Fill in the Blank: “AI Has Helped Me ______”
Let’s hear how AI is actually helping us in the real world. Finish this sentence: 👉 “AI has helped me ______.” Could be serious. Could be silly. Could be both. 👇 Add your answer in the comments... and read a few others while you’re there. Let’s get inspired.

AI has helped me think faster, communicate clearer, and manage both business and life with less friction. From refining sensitive financial emails and analyzing complex reports to planning family vacations and even daily health tracking—it’s like having a tireless, on-demand second brain.
Want an easier way to organise your ChatGPT chats and projects?
If you’ve ever found yourself endlessly scrolling through ChatGPT, trying to remember which chat had that brilliant idea, this one’s for you... I've just uploaded a new video (below 👇) with a super simple trick to stay organised using nothing more than... emojis! 😊 In this video, you’ll discover: ✅ Why naming and organising chats properly saves hours of frustration ✅ How to create your own emoji "key" to label different types of projects (personal, work, demos, etc.) ✅ The system I use to instantly spot my favourites, work-in-progress, and client chats I’ll also share an emoji chart to get you started. 💬 Once you’ve watched, let’s hear your best tips :How do you organise your chats and projects inside ChatGPT? Love this, Mark — such a simple but powerful system. I’ve been experimenting with my own “indexing” to keep dozens of ongoing chats organized, but your list takes it to another level. Going to start incorporating a bunch of these today. Thanks for sharing!
