Post your client wins in the comments!! I Had a guy come in this week. He’s a mess. Doctors are telling nothing is wrong. He frustrated because they can’t figure it out. He’s 23 and has been in constant pain since age 15 from sports injuries and coaches that pushed him too far. Nothing has given him a ton of relief. So I did FST or Frederick Stretch Therapy. After wards we took his pain in his hip and low back from a 6 to close to a zero. The first picture is how far he could squat without his pain getting worse and the second one is after the session and how far he could go without the pain getting worse. He said “I don’t even know what kind of voodoo magic you just did, it didn’t even feel like much. But I feel so free” If you want word of mouth…Results are a must. You want people to want to come back…results are a must. Word of mouth is easy when you get results. Rebooking is easy when you get results. Business is easy when you get results.

Okay. Only last celebration before the new year. I probably won’t do check-ins the next couple weeks. So let’s celebrate your year!! What are some of Your biggest accomplishments this year??

You need to what you want and why you want it. And then you need to create a plan. And then work your butt off working that plan.
