Hello lovely ladies 💛
You might have noticed it’s been a bit quiet in here from me. I’ve been under the weather and life simply run away with me for a couple of weeks. I’m back now and ready to go 🤩 They were just over 7 weeks left until Christmas. That 7 weeks to finish this year feeling strong, energised and in control rather than just getting through it. So I want to hear from you: What’s ONE thing you’d love to get answered or sorted between now and Christmas? It could be: 🥂 How to enjoy the party season without feeling sluggish 🏋️‍♂️ How to fit workouts in into a busy December 😴 Better sleep more energy 🤔 And anything else on your mind Drop it below, I’ll use your answer to shape what I share in here over the next few weeks. Let’s make these last 7 weeks count 💛

My experience with perimenopause 💛
As October is Menopause Awareness Month, I thought I’d share something a little more personal with you all. As you see me coaching, training and encouraging new ladies to look after yourselves, but in the past, I’ve often hidden my own struggles because I wanted everything to look like I had it all together. But life isn’t perfect, and neither am I! Perimenopause not me for six and I’ve shared a little of my own experience in this video and caption, including what I struggled with and what helped me and where I am now. You can watch my real and read my full story here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DeqlEBsixng/?srtk=YmdkaG11cjUzN2p1 I’m sharing this because I know how easy it is to think that you’re the only one feeling this way. And I’d love to open up the conversation here too. Has perimenopause or menopause affected you in ways you didn’t expect? Feel free to share below or if you prefer message me privately to share your experience or have an questions 💛

Tracking your progress: Beyond the scales
Evening ladies, A quick question, are you only using the scales to measure your progress? Because sometimes you’re making more progress than you realise, but the number on the scales isn’t showing it! I’m just added a new check-in sheet to the Fat Loss Classroom called “Tracking Your Progress Beyond the Scales.” It covers other ways to recognise your progress, including how your clothes fit, measurements, photos, energy, sleep and strength, along with how to track them and how often. It’s so easy to get caught up on that number on the scales and overlook all the other positive changes you’re making. I’d love to know apart from the scales, how do you currently measure your progress? Pop your answer below and if you’re not sure where to start have a look at the check-in sheet or message me and I’ll give you some guidance 💛

Monday morning question for you ladies! 💛
Is there something you promise yourself you’re going to do every week, but no matter how many times you try, you just can’t seem to get it right? You start the week with good intentions, determined this week will be different, but by the Wednesday or Thursday things get in the way and you find yourself back in the same situation again. Maybe it’s getting your workouts in, sticking into your meal plan, drinking more water or getting into bed earlier. What is the one thing you keep trying to achieve each week but never quite managed to nail it? Pop it in the comments below or if you’d rather, send me a private message. Let’s look at what’s getting in the way and work on some practical solutions together so you can start achieving what you set out to do each week 💛
