Monday Tip 💦
As this week is set to be another scorcher, here’s a little reminder to keep on top of your hydration. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty, keep sipping throughout the day, especially if you’re out and about or exercising. If you’re finding that water alone isn’t quite enough, scroll back through the Community to the post Hydration Drink Ideas where I’ve shared a couple of simple home-made hydration drink recipes that you might find helpful. One thing that’s really helped me stay consistent with my water intake is habit stacking. Have you heard of habit stacking before? 💛

How’s your week going so far? Do you feel like you’re on track with your goals this week or do you feel the week has run away with you? Whatever your answer, I’d love to hear how you’re getting on. A little bit of honesty from me…
Over the past six months, I’ve let my cardio slip. I’ve had injuries, family bereavement, a busy workload and if I’m being completely honest, I’ve also use these things as a reason not to prioritise it. The funny thing is, I know how much better I feel when I do my cardio. My energy improves, my mindset is better and I simply feel more like myself. So today, I’ve made a promise to myself. I’m committing to getting back into a routine with two 20 minute cardio sessions each week. Nothing extreme, just something realistic that I can stick to. For me, that will be the stepper or the cross trainer during the week and a bike ride at the weekends. It’s a good reminder that we all have habits that can slip from time to time. The important thing isn’t that it happened, is deciding to start again. I’d love to know… What’s one habit? You’ve been neglecting that you would like to get back to you because it makes you feel good? 💛

It's been a long hot week 🥵
After a very hot week, Ruby and I escaped yesterday evening to one of my favourite places to cool off... by the sea. It was absolutely gorgeous. The cooler sea air was just what we needed, and yes... I even went in for a bit of a paddle 🌊 Now I'm curious... Where's your favourite place to call off or unwind during the summer months? ☀️💛
