If you're finding that water alone isn't quite enough, I'll add a couple of simple home-made hydration drink recipes that you can try to 🥤 Lemon and Pomegranate hydration drink 🍋 430mls Unsweetened coconut water or just water 71mls Pomegranate juice 71mls Lemon juice 1/4 tsp of salt 568mls Cold water Orange and Lime hydrate drink drink 🍊 430mls Unsweetened coconut water or just water 142mls Orange juice 2tbsp of lime juice Pinch of salt You can add sweetener, magnesium or calcium depending on your needs and taste.
