Meditation help
Hi everyone, I'm wondering if it's normal to struggle with meditation when you first start? I find it difficult to actually just sit for longer than 5-10 minutes, I just seem to have no attention span? Additionally when I meditate I get really itchy?! It's as if I feel things crawling on me. Recently I had a firm voice say IGNORE IT but it is driving me a bit nuts and I feel like it's ruining the overall experience 😅 Is this normal?

Grounding
I’m listening to The Liminal Lounge ep 1 as I’m driving to my Petsitting job (it’s 45 mins away, so it works out well). If I remember to do it, my protection bubble is pink and sparkling (only let in love/good and reflect the bad/harmful) but I usually only do it before going someplace I will meet people. Do I need to do it daily? As for grounding. I do the box breathing before meditation and the “root-tree trunk style” My question is, how often do I need to do that. Does once in the morning stay all day? If I get interrupted (ADHD who owns birds and if outside there are BIRDS! Etc) do I need to ground again or is it technically still there?
Cleaning tarot cards
I want to try using tarot cards in daily practice. I did purchase a deck but I think I have to clean their energy before use since many other people touched them. How do I do this? Also, how often do you “clean” them?
